Absolute garbage
One, the "try on live" feature is a joke. The champagne color shows as silver. It's not silver. It's not anything. There is absolutely no pigment. I also tried the purple one. Same thing. I used primer and concealer as a base too, to try and make it pop. Nothing. Perhaps I got two bad batches but I'...

Why do companies change formulas on things that were already amazing and make them horrible? Do NOT waste your time or money on this now its terrible since formula change. Very hard. Like clay honestly and doesn't give what so ever. No pigmentation anymore and is always broke when you receive it. They really need to go back to original formula or remove this item completely

This is so hard, it's like rubbing a dry crayon on your eyelid. If I try to apply normally and gently, I get absolutely nothing. If I push hard, it comes off very streaky and in thin lines. It doesn't blend at all. I would consider this unusable :(

I will say I like the eye shadow pencil. But I ordered it online and once it came in it was broken and the eyeshadow would be hard to apply. I think if you don't want to deal with it broken just go in person to your local stores and buy it. Otherwise I reckon there is a higher chance of you receiving it broken
