Why did you change the best lash ever made?
I have warn the 817 for years. I love them so much and all of a sudden they have become 3mm longer and much thicker. If I wanted to wear ones the length of the wispies I'd buy the wispies! Nice but useless
The lashes are gorgeous, but the band is thick, chunky, stiff. Took a lot of time and glue to put them on then I needed to readjust them during the day. Also difficult to remove and when I tried to clean the glue, the band broke. The end

Oh, I saw this Lash on a coworker, and I thought it looked amazing, until I bought it for myself, and the band is so thin that it doesn't want to stick onto my lashes. I also think that since the band is clear and not black it shows a little more.

I have warn the 817 for years. I love them so much and all of a sudden they have become 3mm longer and much thicker. If I wanted to wear ones the length of the wispies I'd buy the wispies! Why did you change the best lash you ever had to look exactly like another style you already sell? Please please please for the love of God just stick with what was working for sooo many women! Note: The original 817 is the box on the right which ironically says NEW. The 817 is always the first to sell out so I KNOW I am not alone. I am a licensed makeup artist/Esthetician but also am a professional singer so I am definitely around the beauty trade. I am posting a picture of the difference… also, I purchased 4 boxes which I thought were fake Ardell because they were so different…so I ordered through Ulta and purchased 4 different boxes and they again were this new long and thicker version. Obviously it's just how they are going to be now? Worst change EVER!! All I can hope is this is somehow a crazy mistake and you'll fix it!

I 10/10 recommend these lashes if you love the look of lash extensions but hate the upkeep! These are great strip lashes overall. In the video I cut the lashes into tabs and applied them under my lashes with falscara so they would last me about a week. If you'd like to see a tutorial comment below and follow my socials!
