Most Helpful Positive Review hydrating and non-greasy I am almost 40 and have been testing a variety of anti-aging products over this past year. My eyes are showing minimal to no aging - no lines or crows feet, but now is the time to be preventive. I purchased 2 eye creams: the Mario Badescu Hyaluronic Eye Cream and 1 from a well known global brand 2X the price of this one, both about the same size. I chose the global brand because I tried a deluxe sample in my early 30s, which I liked but didn't need an eye cream then. I chose this Hyaluronic eye cream based on reviews and I am glad I did. It's been about 4 months and I noticed that my eyes are brighter, hydrated, and youthful. I am of Indian descent and the skin around my eyes looks somewhat darker then the rest of my skin, but it is not dark circles from aging, I think it is an ethnic issue. I immediately notice that discoloration gone. I never realized that the skin around my eyes was not hydrated enough. I use wear eyeshadow on lids to cover it up, but I don't have to anymore. This formulation is also non-greasy, your skin just looks well moisturized. Whereas the pricier global brand was greasy and thick, I could only put it on at night and it clogged my pores on the side of my nose causing breakouts similar to my teens. So far, this is the only anti-aging product that I am satisfied with and have added to my daily routine. It is worth a try, but please keep in mind that I don't have lines around my eyes to comment on those results.
Most Helpful Critical Review Do not recommend I remember reading some reviews before buying this eyecream; one was about clogged pores and tiny dots that could occur from this product but, since I'd seen so many other great reviews as well, i decided to purchase this anyway. A month later, i truly regret it and i cant do anything but warn anyone looking to buy this. It didn't work for me to say the least, wish i would've listened to that tiny bumps warning.

Does moisturize under eyes but it's nothing more than putting regular moisturizer under your eyes. Would not purchase again
Ok eye cream 3
mebern from Columbus Ohio
This product is not lightweight or easily absorbed. It is a thicker, oily cream. Hence, being in a jar and not a tube. I do use this as an overnight eye cream and it moisturizes my older skin well. In the morning, it still needs to be washed off. It doesn't do anything for smoothing lines.
Cause extreme sensitivity and dryness 3
kenz from USA
This worked the first couple of times I used it, then caused my under eyes to really dry out and around my eyes to be really sensitive. I love most MB products, but this one just didn't work for me. For reference, I have combination skin that isn't that sensitive normally.
Good Product and Value 4

Great moisturizing cream without being heavy or greasy. Works well under CC Creams, Foundations, Concealers. Fragrance free, non irritating. Well priced and good value for the product and jar size. Have used for just over a week and I highly recommend.
Worked initially, then burned my under eyes 1
Allyssa from Melbourne, FL
When I first began using this product I noticed almost immediate results. I've always had circles/some under eye skin discoloration and I noticed it immediately began to color correct. After a couple weeks of use my under eyes began turning red and feeling burnt and sensitive to the touch. Red splotches and all of a sudden my under eyes were drier than they'd ever been before. I stopped using it and within days my skin was returning to normal. A couple weeks after I was wondering if I was nuts, so I decided to try it again, just in case I was wrong...the same exact thing happened. I should mention I have sensitive skin, but I read the label and it said it was safe for sensitive skin types... do yourself a favor and avoid this eye cream. Bad bad bad.
So moisturizing 4

I have been struggling with dry, flakey under eyes every since the season changed in the Midwest. This eye cream is so moisturizing! Does exactly what it claims too. I have no issues with it getting into eyes.

This was my first under eye cream. I am 25, and have always had some darkness / bags under my eyes, so I decided it was time to start a better regimen. This stuff doesn't have a scent, which I like. A TINY bit goes a long way—I have the travel size and have been using it for 3 months and haven't even made a dent. Although, I haven't seen much change at all. I will say my under eye usually gets some dry patches, and this moisturizer has kept that at bay. So, it's definitely moisturizing but I don't know that I saw any difference in bags/darkness. I will continue to use it until it's gone and then maybe try another one!
I included a picture so if you have my type of under eye coloration, I would recommend using a different product.
it's okay 4

I use this before I put on makeup and it works decent. Since it has mineral oil in it, it is very shiny and takes a while to absorb (I've resorted to slightly rubbing it off to save time in my routine). It seems to be doing the job
I use this every night. 5

Ive used this product for a few years, and really love it.
Would be excellent if no mineral oil 1

Mineral Oil clogs pores. This cream would be better if that ingredient was eliminated.
Terrible breakouts 1
RaxonRacks from Georgia
I typically love all Mario Badescu products, but this was a no go for me. It took me a bit to realize that this eye cream was the cause, but I started developing serious breakouts after using this cream. I kept getting large white milia around my cheekbones, and these have left some scarring and discoloration as a result. I do not recommend this cream for anyone who is prone to breakouts.
Love love love 5

This makes my eyes so plump and smooth, the best eye cream I have ever tried!
Allergic reaction? 1
Carla from San Diego, CA
I decided to give this eye cream a try because I have heard many great things about this brand. I usually buy $30+ eye creams and I was actually amazed by how inexpensive this one is, compared to previously purchased eye creams. Every time I wore this eye cream it seemed to make my eyes super itchy. I would rub on it so much that my eyes would get infected and constantly get pink eye. I thought I just had terrible allergies which is rare because I never get bad allergies. I stopped using this eye cream and instantly felt better within a couple of days. There was still a little bit left and I decided to give it another try, almost a month later after not using it. As soon as I used it again I started feeling the same, itchy eyes and pinkeye. I don't know what it is, but if you have sensitive eyes don't buy this product.
Nope! 1
Kalahari from Houston, TX
Mineral oil is so bad for your face. It clogs pores big-time. Thus the tiny scattered pimples. Same as using petroleum jelly under your eyes. Bad news.
So far so good! 5

I used Tula eye stick and I loved it, but I didn't like the glow. It was way to much flow. I don't wear makeup besides mascara, so i felt like when I putting the Tula eye stick on, I was like rubbing it off due to the glow. The lady at Ulta recommended this eye cream and so far so good! I've been using for maybe a week now!
Not pleased 1
ash11xoxo from Bloomington IL
I was super excited about this because it's time for me to start using products for my face! Well this made my eyes puffy and red after using. Left my eyes dry and worse than what I initially began with. Lol ?
Pretty Good 5
Haez from Texas
This eye cream works well to make my under eye area less chalky and smooths out the color. Probably wouldn't use under my makeup, but for overnight it definitely helps.
Hydrating 5
Janet from Irvine CA
One of the best eye creams I've ever used!!
Dried out my skin 3
RB from Kentucky
I generally have very oily skin, so very few products ever dry me out. But after a few weeks using this eye cream, my under eye was very flaky and dry. The product sat on top of my skin and didn't absorb. I hate throwing out products before I use it all but this was doing more harm than good.
First Mario purchase. 2
Barsnackcatnap from Poplar bluff mo
No change in eye area after consistent use. Causes my makeup to set differently. Tried using more and less product. And after being kept in a dark cool consistent place for 4 months, it separates. Oily bit on top. Which shouldn't happen. It didn't break me out though
So greasy and heavy! 2
PrincessSofia from Los Angeles CA
I was excited to try this after all the positive reviews I read and unfortunately I was left so disappointed! It was so heavy and greasy feeling (and I have a high tolerance for rich creams because I have super dry, sensitive skin.) but this one was way too much for me. Going to have to look for something else
Holy Grail eye cream 5
Vicki from Greenwood, IN
This is my Holy Grail! This is very moisturizing for my dry under eye area. I love that this also makes the deep folds I've always had on my lower lids a lot less noticeable and plumped up. The benefits are multiplied when I put a couple drops of my face oil over it.
Decent 3
tarynelizabeth from Pennsylvania
I got this for free in a recent purchase and it works pretty well along with the glycolic eye cream, definitely leaves my eyes feeling super smooth. I love how creamy it is and a little definitely goes a super long way. I probably won't buy it again because I feel like there are probably way more better options out on the market.
definitely worth the money 5

at first i thought this wasn't gonna work but wow! after the second use of the eye cream i automatically noticed that it got rid of my eye bags and it brightened the eye area up! definitely recommend!
If I could give 0 stars I would 1
Diana from Walnut, CA
Definitely returning this: 1) It made my fine lines more noticeable than before. 2) It doesn't absorb into the skin and so it made the skin around my eyes look shiny and oily. 3) It made me now have a small brown dot on my skin at the corner of my eye that wasn't there before 4) It makes my skin feel too tight, similar to when you use a clay mask. Soooo disappointed :(
