Shop online

Add products to your bag online or in the app and choose “Pickup” before checking out. Orders placed by 6PM local time are ready in 2 hours or less.

Check your text or email

You’ll get an order confirmation with step-by-step instructions. Wait for a follow up text or email letting you know your order is ready for pickup, then head to the store! Bring it with you for pickup, along with your ID.

Walk in or drive up

To pick up in store, walk in and find the pickup counter. Your order will be waiting for you. For curbside, drive up and click “I’m Here” in your text or email. Unlock your backseat or pop your trunk and get your beauty to go.

Is there a designated pickup spot outside the store?

Short answer: it depends on the store! Select stores have parking spots and others you can simply drive up to the entrance. Check your confirmation email or text message for details and to let the store know you’ve arrived.

Do I need to tip associates for delivering to my car?

Not at all; this is our way of helping you get the beauty you love quickly and safely. We appreciate the thought—a simple smile and wave will do!

Is there a cost for curbside pickup or minimum purchase amount?

Our curbside pickup service is free, and there’s no minimum purchase amount.

Are any products excluded from curbside pickup?

There are no product exclusions with curbside pickup, as long as that product is available at your selected store. Note that gift cards are excluded from curbside pickup, but you can purchase them, or an e-gift card, online.

Will I get charged for the purchase after pickup?

Yes, you’ll be charged for the purchase upon pickup. Before that, an authorization hold will be placed on your payment method when your order is placed. This mirrors our Buy Online Pick Up in Store service.

How long will it take between placing an order and being able to pick up?

Ulta Beauty is committed to having your pickup order ready in 2 hours or less. However, Ulta Beauty pickup orders must be placed by 6PM local time in order to be eligible. Otherwise, order will be ready the following business day. We’ll be sure to send an email/SMS when your order is ready. Our associates will work as quickly and safely as possible to process orders as they are received.

What if I miss my window for curbside pickup?

You’ll have five days to pick up your order. If you can’t make it, we’ll cancel your order and you won’t be charged. You’d then have to place a new order.

Can someone other than me pick up my order?

Yes; when you check out, you’ll have the option to identify an alternate pickup person. When they are picking up, they’ll need to have the order confirmation email and their ID.

Can I add or change my alternate pickup person once my order has been placed?

Yes, there are a few ways you can add or change your alternate pickup person.

  1. Login to your loyalty account through, select the order number you are needing to adjust. Under the Alternate Pickup Person section, you will have the option to add, remove, or edit.

  2. Go to Order Status, type in your order number and email associated with the order in the Order Status section, under the Alternate Pickup Person section, you will have the option to add, remove, or edit.

  3. Contact Guest Services and they will be able to add or change your alternate pickup person for you.

Note: Alternate pickup person will need to have the order confirmation email and their government issued ID.

What if I want to return my curbside pickup order?

You’re always welcome to return your curbside pickup order in stores. You can also mail curbside pickup orders back to our returns center. Here’s how it works: Print your order confirmation and mark the items you want returned. If you don’t have access to a printer, neatly write your full name, order number and the item numbers for the products you’re returning (found on your receipt). You’ll receive a refund in the form of original payment.

Can I add to my order when I get to the store?

Items can’t be added to a pickup order, however, once you arrive at the store, we’re more than happy to checkout any additional items that you need in a separate transaction.

How can I find my Member ID?

Use our lookup tool to find your Member ID with your phone number or email address. Once you've found it, go to My Rewards to link it to your account. Find My Member ID.
