I was reading some of these comments here & on social media. (I didn’t get a ticket either) & as much as I’m mad & disappointed. For varies reasons, misinformation, my link didn’t show up for 10 minutes, Ulta allowing others into the queue early when it was told there wasn’t going to be one. Can we stop with the along the lines of “you gave them to influencers, you should’ve given diamond members early access” etc. I completely understand spending such an amount of money & basically being pushed out by horrible fulfillment of this event.
