Hey Ulta... I got on right when the clock struck 9, and sat in line for over an hour. Meanwhile your tickets were sold out in the first few minutes, what's that about? Idk about everyone else but that wait feels pretty pointless especially if a bunch of influencers magically got tickets for themselves and their friends.
