I'm not going to stop shopping at Ulta; I've been diamond for years and there's a lot of things that Ulta do right. That said, this has left me a little bitter and I feel that Ulta and I need some space from each other right now. :(

This is unacceptable for the amount of hype they did. There needs to be a no ULTA day

I absolutely agree. Us Diamond Members who spend alot, this hurts a little bit more. This could of been handled a little better. Maybe next year they could do a 2 day event or possibly 2 sessions a day. (8am-1pm & 2pm-7pm).
