Hi there, we understand many guests may need extra room to carry things while on the expo floor, but carts or wagons will not be permitted inside the convention center. The only form of rolling bag that will be permitted is our Ulta Beauty roller bags that will be for sale during registration for $50.00. Roller bag purchasing is limited to one bag per attendee. All other bags are acceptable as long as they do not have wheels. 🧡
