hii im trying to find a mascara that doesn’t smudge and lengthens and volumizes my lashes:) i live in the midwest so our summers are blazing hot, id love any recommendations- any price range:) thank you:)

For length the Milani Highly Rated Tubing Mascara is sooo gooddd it doesn't smudge at all (I had trouble with that in the past)
