On wet hair, start with a quarter-sized amount and add more as needed to create a rich lather. Massage it in at the scalp, then work it all the way through to the ends. Rinse well and follow with the Ultra Lightweight Softening Conditioner.
Tip: Massage it into the back of your head, too! Most people forget that spot and it helps when trying to achieve body + movement.

Kristen Ess's Ultra Rich Softening Shampoo is sulfate free. While using it, the Softening Shampoo transformed my hair and scalp making it extremely soft and healthy. It is also wonderfully scented, even after it dries.
