For sunscreen use:
- Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure
- Reapply at least every 2 hours
- Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating

Although I admit that this moisturizer is in fact moisturizing, the formula is way to oily, After application you are left with an extremely greasy finish.
