Is this product non comedogenic or oil free? Is it Ok for acne prone skin?

If you are oily, those ingredients may not be suitable. Like the other products belonging to the Ultra line, this Toner is nothing spectacular. It's milky-based, as opposed to other clear-based Toners, so it gives you the impression that it's gentler on the skin. However, it has not given me any dramatic results of suppleness, etc.

The outcome is good, but I know now why I changed products awhile ago. It doesn't soak into the cotton pad, it rolls off, onto the counter, Floor etc. Good product, just wish it was less messy to use.

I have been using Kiehl's for over 15 years and they keep changing the toner ingredients. It used to have the appearance of H2O and was in a spray bottle now it's like a thick cream. Bring back the spray clear toner please!

I LOVE this toner. I've been using it since 2016 and nothing compares. I have acne prone, eczema prone, sensitive skin. This really sinks into my skin. I notice a difference in my skin when I run out. Kiehl's please release a travel size
