Half of it is NOT EYE SAFE
I purchased the I KNOW THAT'S BRIGHT palette: Half of the pigments are actually NOT SAFE FOR YOUR EYELIDS, but for use in your face=temples+cheekbones. I would have not bought it knowing that HALF of them are NOT EYE SAFE. There is a note on the cover but the font is VERY SMALL and not at all that v...

Not for sensitive skin!!!
I only wore this one time with my go to eyeshadow primer and that was enough for me. I wore a simple, non-heavy (because there was no color payoff) look for 8 hours and my eye lids were BURNING raw after and so red! Ive never had a reaction to the primer before, and have worn many other eyeshadow brands that are both cheaper and more expensive with no issue. Also for a drugstore EYESHADOW palette to cost TWENTY DOLLARS and a fifth of the shades arent safe for eye use is crazy?! I mainly wanted this palette for the blue shades as I already have the other shades in other palette, and did not see that only one shade was safe for the eye area until I purchased it. I would advise you to try out any eyeshadow pallet before this one.
No cheap eye shadows to much fallout not enough pigment

Half the shades are unusable for eyes
Half of the shades are not usable for the eyes, as stated in extremely fine print on the back. Useless if you want an eyeshadow palette.
