I received this mascara as a gift. This mascara is very clumpy and so much goes onto the wand with every dip. I have to wipe off all the excess but at that point, you are just wasting the product. It will clump your lashes together as well. I think the mascara formula may be a little to thick causing all these clumping and glob issues. It does volumize and lengthen the lashes but it's so clumpy!

Got this mascara in a gift pack before Christmas and I usually like the Estee Lauder products however this mascara was terrible. So clumpy when it goes on that I can't even use it. Only reason for 2 stars is the color is good and I like the brand just not this mascara

I love how it helps build my eyelashes but it really wants to clump and is difficult to separate. I am still working on different application methods to improve the result.
