The Conair True Glow Thermal Spa Heated Beauty Mitts have a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature. This plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature. This appliance is intended for household use only. Do not use outdoors. Use on alternating current (60 hertz) only heated mitts are easy to use. Simply apply your favorite lotion to your hands and gently rub into skin. Use a piece of plastic cling wrap (not included) and wrap each of your hands. After selecting temperature (High, Medium or Low), slip your wrapped hands into the mitts, and relax while the soothing heat goes to work on dry, chapped skin. Heated Mitts will help soften and smooth your skin. The benefit of deep heat, combined with a hand and body lotion or moisturizer, helps to promote healthy-looking nails and cuticles. For maximum benefit, use should not exceed 20 minutes at one time.

Precautions: Never allow the power supply cord to be pulled, twisted or severely bent. Never wrap the cord tightly around the unit. Damage will occur at the high flex point of entry into the unit, causing it to rupture and short circuit. Inspect the cord frequently for damage. Stop use immediately if damage is visible or if unit stops or operates intermittently. If cord or unit is damaged or does not operate properly, return it for repair to an authorized Conair Service Representative only. No repairs should be attempted by the consumer.
