Adults and Children 6 years of age and older: Use once a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits(to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision. Children under 6 years of age: consult a dentist or doctor. *For 24 HR Cavity Protection, rinse daily after brushing and flossing.
Precautions: Keep out of the reach of children. If spilled on fabrics, wash out immediately. This product was sealed with protective packaging at the laboratory.

I had a great experience using this whitening oral rinse. I have been using TheraBreath Clean mint from past one year and has been a promising experience. My gum health has improved pretty well after using this product. TheraBreath Dazzling mint feels more refreshing compared to other flavors and the non-peroxide ingredients has removed the stains noticeably. There was no burning or stinging sensation while using this oral rinse and there's minimal aftertaste. Nice packaging with easy dispensing. Good quantity for the price you pay.

I like how fresh this makes my breath smell and feel. I feel like it does whiten a little bit too but it's not super noticeable in my opinion. There's no sensitivity from this for my teeth so that's a plus too - usually with whitening products, there's some teeth sensitivity that results.

Ahhhhhhhhhh this stuff is so good!!! The flavor is minty, (but not bad minty) the packaging is so cute, good for sensitive teeth (I have that) and doesn't burn, the value is great and the effectiveness is 100000%%%!! I love love this brand and I think everyone needs to try it.

This is my favorite mouthwash. Leaves your mouth refreshed for hours but isn't unbearable to swish around. The flavor is good and the bottle lasts a long time!
