Adults and Children 6 years of age and older: Use once a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits(to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision. Children under 6 years of age: consult a dentist or doctor. *For 24 HR Cavity Protection, rinse daily after brushing and flossing.
Precautions: Keep out of the reach of children. If spilled on fabrics, wash out immediately. This product was sealed with protective packaging at the laboratory.

I was looking to change from the typical brands. This stuff is great. I get a refreshing mint flavor after using this every morning and night. I have senesitive teeth and so far I haven't had any problems.

I just started using this mouthwash and I'm liking how gentle it feels. There's no burn at all which is such a nice change from the usual mouthwashes. The flavor is mild but still leaves my mouth feeling clean and refreshed. It might be too early to see major whitening, but as a daily tea drinker, I'm really hoping it helps with those light surface stains over time. What I love most is the clean formula!
