As A Base Coat For Mascara:
- Apply from roots to tips of eyelashes. Do not wait until Cils Booster XL is dry before coating lashes with mascara.
- Coat lashes with mascara for desired look, or until white primer is no long visible.
- For a optimal color, intensity and a false-lash look, apply two coats of eyelash primer to bottom and top lashes, before applying mascara.
As A Nighttime Eyelash Conditioner:
- After cleansing face, apply Cils Booster XL to bare lashes.

Best primer ever! Although it makes me use less mascara!
Use it under your mascara, I don't even have to curl my lashes but if you need to, apply it evenly righ after curling them then let it dry a little bit before applying the mascara to prevent them from collapse , you're gonna love it!

I didnt like this product. Its not worth the money. I dont know why it got such good reviews on here, it made my eyelashes clumpy and didn't make them look longer. Also for $25 you get .17, why not just buy 2 travel size packages for $13 each with .14, thats a better deal!!!
