I really like this cleanser. It cleans well and leaves my skin feeling soft. This is my second tube , and unfortunately my second tube to have the neck crack and I have had cleanser leak out, wasted. I also have to store it upside down now which is annoying as I have to really shake the tube to get it to dispense. Maybe a pump bottle would work better.

usually a big fan of Estee Lauder, I went through 90% of a deluxe trial size bottle of this, experimenting with different combinations of skincare actives and I would not call this a gentle cleanser. I believe it is too stripping, possibly due to the high concentration of Sodium Laureth Sulfate, possibly the fragrance. I have used other gentle cleansers from other brands (First Aid Beauty, Cerave) that I'd recommend for those with sensitive skin, rosacea, and/or those using other powerful actives like retinols or exfoliants. I did like the smell, I did see some brightening on my forehead, but ultimately I think this cleanser doesn't set you up for success if you fall into the previous categories. I saw increased redness in my cheeks even when using no other actives ingredients and using the gentlest toners and moisturizers. I stopped using for two washes, switching to a different gentle cleanser, and immediately saw a decrease in redness and irritation.

I loved the travel size so much that I ordered the larger size however the cap is a problem. Long story short, I returned the 3.4 fl oz with the broken off cap and bought 3 travel size ones. It has a screw cap instead of a flip top. I'm much happier now. I think it's a really good product and you don't need much.
