Q
Can it clog pores?
Asked by C
Official Answer By La Roche-Posay - BE
Hi there! We appreciate your interest in our Toleriane Dermallergo Moisturizing Cream. This product does claim to be non-comedogenic, however, term non-comedogenic indicates that the product has a low potential for clogging pores. The presence or absence of oil in a product does not mean a product will or will not be non-comedogenic. Not all products are tested for non-comedogenicity. If the non-comedogenic claim does not appear on the product, it is not an indication the product is comedogenic. Was this answer helpful to you

Best Lightweight Moisturizer

This is one my essential moisturizers that I always have at the ready. I have eczema prone sensitive skin and my favorite thing about Toleriane line is that I can use these products during a flare up and know that it will not add to the irritation as well as use them in between flares without worry...

Reformulated product breaks me out

I'm very disappointed that this moisturizer has been reformulated. This was a holy grail for me as it was the only moisturizer that calmed and moisturized my skin. The last time i purchased this moisturizer I had picked up two of the new boxes and one old box. At the time I didn't think there was ...

New formula ruined my skin. I LOVED this moisterizer and it was a staple in my skincare routine that helped get rid of my acne. I repeatedly bought it many times. The new formula gave me acne that I'm still recovering from and cannot find a new moisterizer. PLEASE bring back the old formula!!

I am so glad to have discovered Dermallergo. I have many allergies and very sensitive skin. It smooths and moisturizes my skin and lips.

Change of Formula is AWFUL!

The old formula of this cream the Toleraine Ultra was the ONLY cream that didn't make me break out on the market. I have such sensitive skin and suffer from perioral dermatitis. Then they changed the formula to the dermallogica and it's been making me break out like crazy and triggering perioral dermatitis outbreaks all over my face. I wish they would go back to the old formula that everyone loved because so many people are struggling with the new one and cannot use it anymore. I was so loyal and purchased it religiously but unfortunately unless they go back to the old formula I can't use it anymore.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Literally the only moisturizer that has put my rosacea at ease. Only downside is it is quite expensive for such a small bottle.

The new formulation is awful. Not sure it's worth communicating a request for the old formulas return as it seems to be requested everywhere and there's been no change towards customers requests. La roche posay use to be the go to brand for sensitive skin but they are getting poor reviews on all "improved" formulas. Seems they have lost touch with their customers and will likely be obsolete in a few years if they aren't willing to hear their customers and respond accordingly.
