The bottle is too hard to squeeze the conditioner out. Are all the Derma E bottles like that? Do you know if the maker is redeveloping the bottle so it is easier to use?

I absolutely love the thickening conditioner and shampoo. Unfortunately, there is no way I can squeeze either from the bottle anymore. I thought the lot the conditioner came from had somehow gone bad, but the scent was normal. I continued using the shampoo because I could squeeze it out and used a different brand of conditioner. I realized the problem was the bottle when my recent order of shampoo had the same problem. I happen to have a tiny amount left in an older shampoo bottle. Comparing the old bottle with the new, I found the newer bottle is significantly thicker and more rigid. I have issues with my hands and poor grip strength. I'm permanently disabled, so these bottles are unusable for me. I had to resort to buying empty squeeze bottles to continue using the shampoo and conditioner. I love these products. I hope Derma-E switches to an easier to use bottle

I'm giving it two stars because I really like the product, but the packaging makes it nearly impossible to use. I would give the bottle negative stars. It's very hard and stiff. You can't squeeze it to push the conditioner out. You have to take the entire top off and try to shake it out, which isn't easy (way worse than ketchup!). It's messy, you need to shake it bunch of times, and I don't think I'll end up being able to use all of the conditioner that's in the bottle because I know that it won't all come out. I won't be purchasing this product again unless the packaging is changed, which is too bad, because the conditioner itself is great.

A friend introduced this thickening conditioner to me a few years ago, and it's the only product I'll ever continue using. Despite what people say about not getting it out of the container, I just store it upside down and it's never a problem to dispense down to the last drop. I love it!
