But if you have fair/light skin the blue shift is very strong and the shadow ends up looking very perriwinkle on the eyes. Not for me ultimately (returned) but could be great for the right person with a primer.
Very impressed!
I hadn't tried anything from this brand before and had heard mixed reviews about their eye palettes and liquid shadows. That said, when I saw a positive review of this collection and the absolutely adorable packaging, I couldn't resist. It's a somewhat flaky pressed shadow with a reddish base and bluish sparkles throughout. The promo photos are pretty accurate to how it looks in real life. It applies beautifully with a finger and works well over concealer or glitter primer. It applies fine with a brush as well, but it's definitely more pigmented and sparkly when applied with a finger. Depends on what look you're going for. On deeper skin tones this will probably look a lot more blue and less of a neutral shade, since the base is shear enough it won't show up as much. If you're especially cool-toned and fair, it may look warmer than you expect. I have very oily eyelids and it creases only minimally, about as well as any of my other pressed shadows. While it is a beautiful product, $22 is a bit steep for a single. A couple dollars could probably have been shaved off, but if you're using it as a one-and-done daily product, I'd say it's worth it. Hopefully r.e.m. beauty makes this product permanent and expands the color selection. I'd love to try more from the brand. I recommend this product, but with a few reservations and clarifications.

Been looking for a formula like this
I love a glitzy eyeshadow, but I can't stand fallout. I've tried so many powder shadows over the years, and I've been looking for a shade like Fembot that won't leave a ton of glitter on my face. Welp, this is it. It's creamy and sticks to the lid without primer, and the shade is gorgeous... similar to Urban Decay Solstice but more pigmented. I hope she comes out with more singles like this!
More, please!
Really, really great one and done shadow. I like the formula better than several other, supposedly higher-end options with a similar shade range and effect: it goes on smooth with minimal effort, and lasts a long time. Would happily purchase others if they expand the range.
