It's good but liked old formula better
Like it but doesn't blend as well as old formula, plus don't want salicylic acid everyday.
Citrus sunscreen
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] It feels more like a soft, lightweight primer than a heavy sunscreen, which surprised me in a good way. When I apply it, it goes on smoothly, absorbs quickly, and gives my skin a nice matte finish without feeling dry or tight. I have combination skin, and this does a great job keeping the shine away throughout the day, especially in my T-zone area. My pores look more blurred when I wear it, and I notice my makeup applies better on top of it too. The scent in my opinion is subtle, but it's there. It smells clean and slightly herbal, kind of like a soft citrus and tea tree blend, but it fades quickly once it's on my skin. I like it, it makes the application feel more refreshing without being overpowering or like a strong perfume fragrance. The sunscreen didn't irritate my skin at all, which is always a plus for me with scented products. On really hot and humid days, I did notice a bit of shine peeking through by the afternoon, but nothing too bad and I still feel like my skin looks smoother than usual.
Matte for the win!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love that this sunscreen has a matte finish. The fact that it includes actives as well is also a plus. The packaging is small and somewhat pricey but definitely worth it. The texture is a bit thicker as well just an FYI.
I wanted to love this
I tried this product multiple times and it left my face like an oil slick!!! My goal is to find a sunscreen that won't leave my very oily skin more oily!!!
Disappointed
This was my first time buying a high end moisturizer. I wanted to find something with SPF that would keep my face from becoming too oily, so I had high hopes for this one. When you first put it on it's matte, but then I noticed shine coming through an hour later. By lunchtime I was an oil slick (and my job is in an air conditioned office!) The only pro is the SPF did work, but I feel like that's the bare minimum of what this product should do. I'll probably still use it up, but I won't be buying again.
