I've notice a difference in a week
My eyes have become super puffy over the last little bit, yay for hitting the mid 30s, and I wanted to find something to minimize puffiness before i go the surgical route or something. I've been using every night for a week and have seen a noticeable difference. My eyes a less puffy all around.

I've never had this happen before. As soon as I put this on, my eyes just felt dry and burned a bit. It didn't irritate my under-eye skin though. I looked at the ingredients again and saw witch hazel. Perhaps that was the cause. Unfortunately I'll have to return this.
