Apply to your upper and lower lash lines, or use your fingers to smudge into a shadow. For best use, remove the cap, twist counterclockwise multiple times (it may take several twists), and apply. Note: the propel pencil does not retract. No sharpener necessary.

Terrible
My eyes are just a tad bit hooded so i usually dont have a problem with eyeliner except this one. It smears and smudges even with primer and setting spray.
Difficult to use

Seriously one of the most frustrating eyeliners I have put on my eyes. It is difficult to be precise with it, even with a brush because the formula dries in seconds!
the best liner
my favorite liner ever...lionfish and espresso are my favorite brown liners!! Creamy but waterproof I can smudge if I want. I also love using espresso for a lip liner.. last all day!!!

Headaches
If you have sensitive eyes, dont get this. Whatever ingredients are in it, arent good. I get instant headaches within seconds every single time I try it on. Thought it was a fluke at first, but its not. I love the liquid eyeliner by Stila, but wont be buying this kind again.
