I am currently on my second bottle of this toner. I use it twice every day and I can feel how good it is for moisturising my skin, it is a liquid toner, so it has same consistency as water. A great and really useful product to have, and also with great healthy ingredients. My mom, who has sensitive irritation prone skin, has been using it as well, and it has never caused her any reaction.
