Does the brush spin?!

- Official Answer By Michael Todd Beauty - BESoniclear is better than a spinning/rotating brush. The Soniclear brush heads do NOT spin or rotate. Traditional spinning brushes stretch the skin and sonic cleansing is gentle and are 7x’s more effective! In fact, they it may look like they are not moving at all, but you certainly will feel them working. There are over 20,000 brush bristles moving at over 17,000 times a minute, back and forth sweeping away dirt, oil and pore-clogging impurities. Each one of the brush bristles is moving back and forth like micro-brooms at 292 times per second. That may be faster than the eye can see. This is true sonic technology not a rotary (spin) brush. Pre-teen age is a perfect time to start using just as the bodies hormones begin to change and start to secrete more sebum. We recommend that she start out once per day on low and gradually build up speed based on her skin's feedback. We also recommend starting out with a gentle cleanser of your choice. Keep in mind that Soniclear not only cleanses the skin but also exfoliate at the same time so we do not recommend a scrub to be used. Scrubs provide a mechanical physical exfoliation which you are already getting with the state-of-the art sonic technology in Soniclear. Michael Todd has an amazing cleanser that we highly recommend called the Honey and Oat Cleanser and is available at the Michael Todd Beauty website for purchase. Enjoy and thanks for reaching out. I order a device back in May of 2020, then it stopped working in September, so I received my first replacement. THEN 5 MONTHS LATER my device completely wouldn't charge. I got ANOTHER replacement and I open the package just to find out they've sent me a device that literary will not charge. I CAN'T ...

I just purchased my 3rd since they came out on the market yrs ago. This one is prettier, so I replaced my perfectly good one for it's looks. However, this cute thing is possessed. It just randomly starts up and vibrates every 30 minutes out of nowhere until it dies. I've had to take it to the garage in the middle of the night several times. So yes, I will buy another one, but was very disappointed in this one.

Avoid!
Purchased for my daughter to replace her decade old Clarisonic that finally failed. This one wouldn't charge out of the box. We tried different USB plugs and regular plugs with different adapters and nothing worked. She reached out to Michael Todd Beauty (only email, no phone number 🚩) and only received an auto reply and nothing further. After looking further into reviews she filed a complaint with the BBB. Thankfully ULTA was amazing and allowed me to return it as it was within the holiday return window even though she had discarded the box on Christmas morning (had all the components and paperwork, just not the box). The 1 start is for the non-working appliance manufacturer and no correlation to ULTA.
Reordered
Was excited to get this as my Clairesonic which was over 6 years old no longer had brushes available. I Plugged the Soniclear in and it never charged. After 3 days realized it wasn't happening so had to return it. I did order another one and so far it is charging but haven't tried it yet.
