I don't have cracked heels but I do have extra dry, very sensitive skin and while I love the actual formula, the fragrance is extremely strong. Worked from Day One
Bought on a whim and after one night of use my feet are noticeably softer and I can feel my calluses going away. Great way to prep for sandal season! Does have a fairly strong mint & tea tree smell which I find does not fade even while product is dry. I noticed the smell lingering on my hands well after applying.

Feet felt like I never worked a day in my life. It is not "advertised" to be used on elbows but if they are chaped and cracking they soften them extremely well instantly.

I got this as a sample originally, and ended up buying the full size. The fact that it was the last one on the shelf is pretty telling: It's not oily, it's not too thick, and it makes my feet look and feel soft and smooth almost immediately. It smells good too. A keeper.
