Surprisingly good?!?!
For this price, I had low expectations, but this is actually a great primer. It does a good job of hiding pores and keeping makeup in place. My favorite part of this primer is the niacinamide, though. My acne-prone skin is noticably clearer. Heads up: it does separate. However, give it a good shake and mix it a little with your finger before applying and it's fine. Definitely worth the money!

I bought this recently when I was looking for a product I'd used in the past - Essence's My Skin Perfector Tinted Primer. It appears they no longer carry that so I was hoping this was similar. It is not. The previous type was truly a nice matte and this is quite shiny. It also irritates my skin a bit. Just wanted to leave a review for anyone else who is looking for that previous product. This is not it. It would probably work well for drier skin or for anyone looking for a moist glow look. As always, the ordering process is easy, the shipping was quick, and everything arrived as described.

Best Primer (Especially Summertime)
I have super oily skin, and I try not to get super expensive makeup especially during summer, but this has been my savior. My skin is not only soft, but the niacinamide helps with my acne and keeps my pores small. Hands down, one of my favorites.
Let me save you the trouble
No matter how much you shake the bottle, it just doesn't mix well. It is super oily. It did nothing to cover my pores and couldn't tell I had it on except for the grease.
