Worth the money!
First of all, if you think this product is greasy, you're probably using too much. I've been using Biosilk serum for 10 years now and I won't stop! I rub a nickel size amount into my palms and rub my hands together to warm it up. Then, I run it evenly through my hair when it's damp OR dry. It helps ...

A little goes a long way
Great for curly thick hair. My daughter uses it all the time. It's a little difficult to use due to its runny texture and it doesn't take much at all. It feels oily but doesn't feel that way after it dries on her hair. I have straight thin hair and it makes my hair look oily and limp

Makes my hair feel softer
Got this as a sample and it did make my gray hair feel softer. Not sure if it is worth adding to my hair routine. May be better for people with longer hair

I don't even have sensitive skin!
As my title explains, i dont even have sensitive skin… but my skin is sensitive to THIS! Specificically mu scalp. I had a reaction like a chemical burn on the back of my scalp to this. I had initially thoughg it was from bugspray so some time later (when things had healed) I used it again. Within a couple hours i was in so much pain that I shampoo'd my hair with cold water (because any warmer was horribly painful) and my scalp was completely raw, especially in the back, I had blisters on the tops of my ears and redness on my neck and shoulders. Thankfully i dudnt lose my hair, but I have permanent scarring in an area the size of my hand spread out on the back right side of my scalp now (for reference, I'm very tall, so my hands are porportionate, I usually wear a women's XL or 2XL glove, or mens medium to large glove, so my hands are not small) I didnt even apply it to my scalp, its just what got on my scalp from my hair. I have fine curly hair that falls somewhere between 2C and 3A, it was not color treated at that time, and I dont have sensitive skin at all. I understand this works well for many, but i suggest a patch test for anyone new to tryimg this, and to avoid it completely if you have sensitive skin. Outside of that reaction, it has a strong scent im not fond of, and it made my hair too heavy, even though i used very little, and it was extremely drying.
