I love the ELF Blush Tint!
The Elf Blush Tint does not dry out my lips. Believe it or not, I have worn it to bed and I woke up with sheer color on my lips. I found the best way to apply it on my cheeks is with a putty brush; using dabbing motions evenly onto the bristles.
