Value wise...I am disappointed because I am not able to purchase replacement rubber inserts, and although it appears the rubber inserts are not available for any of the other brands either, I am forced to purchase a brand new product. I bought this about 2 months ago and this morning it cut my lashes right off!! I was so upset, as I've been growing them with serums and such for about a year. It may not seem significant but I am just distraught! Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with Sally Hansen brand. BEWARE!!
