Did they change the formula!?

Minty clean
I've added this shampoo to my rotation for years now. Everyone I've recommended it to LOVES this shampoo. I love that it's a clean you can feel and it's not stripping to the hair.

Hair Type Very Curly Hair
After using this product for about a month, my 14-year-old daughter has a big bald patch at her hairline by her forehead. She has super curly thick hair and has never suffered from any type of hair loss until using this product.
Contains irritating ingredients, be careful
This shampoo is meant for people who are dealing with dandruff, so their scalp is already "on edge" and irritated. Unfortunately, this shampoo contains common irritants including Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Menthol, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Extract, and -- worst of all --Methylisothiazolinone. That last one is a preservative, unfortunately somewhat common in the U.S. but banned in the EU because enough people have a chemical sensitivity (like an allergy) to it. I had to undergo a 5-day medically supervised patch test to figure it out. Anyway, 2 stars for at least not including ingredients that "feed" dandruff, but please be careful of this product especially if you have sensitive skin.
