Apply directly to the scalp once a day, ideally in the morning. Massage evenly and thoroughly into the scalp until absorbed. Do not rinse out.

Really easy to get into the routine of doing. I've only been using it for a couple weeks now but it seems like it's really helping with my thin hair. I do use it in conjuction with night time elixir and that makes a difference. My hair has so much volume after using this and fluffing my hair.
