- Official Answer By Nioxin - Brand EngageGlad to help. No, this is NOT a one time use product. Towel dry your hair. Shampoo, condition, and rinse hair. Once you have towel dried your hair, shake the Hair Treatment, apply onto the scalp, and gently massage over areas of concern or entire scalp. You will only need 3-4 pumps for the entire scalp. Follow up by gently combing through hair. You should not wash the Hair Treatment out; simply dry and style as usual. Do not use the scalp and hair treatment on days you do not shampoo. For best results use this with the Nioxin System Shampoo , and conditioner. Horrible
I used this product years ago, worked wonderfully on my hair, regrows, less fall out. I decided to give it another try just as a sort of maintenance. I don't know if the formula is changed but it's dry, lifeless, itchy and can't hold a style at all.
BEWARE
Destroyed my hair. I lost more than half my hair to the drain AND had to cut out horrible matted chunks!! My stylist is testifying in court for my lawsuit.

Really effective
Hair Type Straight Hair
I have very fine mostly straight hair that is very finicky, most products weigh my hair down or make it look dry. This system was different, i immediately noticed a difference in my hair, it was moisturized but still flowy, shiny and not weighed down. It felt healthier, I would definitely recommend trying it.
