I enjoy Chanel products, but I'm not satisfied with what I get from this product for the cost. I don't mind paying more, but the product has to deliver on the benefits it's selling. The moisturization in this baume isn't lasting. Shortly after initially applying and throughout the day my lips feel dry and uncomfortable and I have to reapply. Sometimes I apply a more moisturizing lip product on top it to help it out the moisture level and color impact. The Natural Charm color is very subtle on my light-medium, warm skintone. The moisturization is my biggest concern and because I can find far less expensive products to keep my lips moisturized I will return this item. One positive note - the packaging is pretty.

I purchased the Rouge Coco Baume in Natural Charm. The formula is smooth, very comfortable and light weight on my lips, and buildable with a subtle sheen. After an hour the color remained, still felt light and moisturizing on my lips, and I didn't feel or see the need to reapply. Natural Charm is a beautiful and perfect color for my mixed/light-skinned complexion. To help given perspective, I have a yellow/golden warm undertone and usually get foundations with popular descriptive names such as honey and medium tinted moisturizers and sunscreen. I love everything about this baume I plan to purchase another color, or two.
So Not Good
Ordered this online based on rave reviews, but it's going back for sure Got the shade Natural Charm, which looks online like a nice neutral caramel nude, but is an unflattering light orange shade. The worse offense though is the formula. It's so waxy and drying and unpleasant. It feels like a waxy lipstick. The perfumey rose smell is also quite unpleasant. Compared to something like the Clinique Chubby Stick, which is so hydrating and nice and has such a better shade range. This was a huge bummer. I had assumed the luxury price tag meant lixury quality, but not in this case.
