Cleanse and dry skin. Connect the controller and mask, press and hold the power button for 1-2 seconds to turn on the Brightening Mode, press the power button to switch modes and select the desired mode for care. Each mode lasts for 10 minutes or less. It is recommended to use no more than 40 minutes a day and no more than 6 days a week.

Robust option for the application of quality red light frequ

There are benefits to red light use, but it really needs to be applied correctly. Most people don't have access to full red light saunas, and so if they want to try to benefit their facial skin health at least, this "ReGlow" light therapy beauty mask option from brand ULIKE seems to be a fantastic solution. The white-grey coloured mask has a unique, plastic rubberized hexagonal pattern on the front, which is rather futuristic features a kind of gel-pad on the inside which seems to match well with any facial structure. There is also a surprisingly well-made fabric strap that holds around the back of the head, and is very elastic and flexible. There are actually 4 colours of light spectrum wavelengths available, but I tend to use it specifically for the red light; as I understand it, this is the best colour for resolving blemishes. I honestly have not seen any specific results yet, but have only been using it for a few days. I am under the impression that it takes a little bit of time for best appreciation of its effects. Certainly, I am no expert; I'd simply heard about the benefits and really wanted to try it for myself. I hear that red light can actually be highly beneficial for hair regrowth as well, but this particular product is, of course, designed primarily for the face. I am hoping it will clear up my skin somewhat and maybe help with the dark around my eyes as well. For the moment however, I am excited for what effect it may provide, and impressed by its robust style and features. I think the product seems to function as intended, and is very well put together. 5 stars.

My wife and I both have used cheaper options in the form of the "belt" type red light therapy devices. I'm not a Dr. so I won't speak to the effectiveness or benefits of red light therapy but there is a lot of research on it if you do some searching o the internet. That said I will speak to the quality of this mask. The light emitted from it looks and feels quite a bit nicer than the others we tried. The mask style works a lot better for your face as it fits nicely to your facial contours and there eye cutouts ensure no light is shone directly into your eyes. The quality of the materials in this mask are top notch and feel really nice while being worn. Everything is included in the kit and it's a simple divide to use. The only thing I would like is an additional strap to keep the mask a little more snug to my face. That aside this is one of the nicer red light devices I've seen nd used for your face and I would recommend it.
