Like others, I have had wet brush paddle brushes for yearssss, vented and cushion, but I wanted the flex dry for a shower brush. Just going about my business, gently using it to distribute conditioner through my hair, with no tension, and I feel the brush just separate from itself. I have about two rows of bristles attached to the handle still. I've barely had this brush a year, and never dropped it. Whatever Wet Brush is doing with their plastics they need to go back to r+d and stop using such a rigid plastic for these "flex" brushes. I'm on the hunt for a shower brush with better reviews, because I'm clearly not the only one having this issue.

I loved this brush… until it snapped in two while brushing my hair one morning. I thought it was a fluke until, a few weeks later, my daughter's brush broke in the same way. I bought us both brushes around the same time - clearly the plastic material cannot sustain flex over an extended period of use. Too bad - it was a great brush until it broke!

I have been using Wet Brushes for years & loved the look of this one. I bought 2 & had one in my gym/travel bag & it broke in the 1st month. I thought it was a fluke, so I bought another one & it just broke. Not made to last, extremely disappointed.
not a reliable hairbrush
I dropped it today (1st time ever dropping it) and go to pick it up and brush my hair and it snaps in half. not a reliable hair brush at all! I ordered this may 2nd and have only used it a hand full of times. not durable at all
