My lips were dry, cracking, and peeling before I received this product. Now they're soft as can be and have healed completely!

HUGE amount of packaging for a chapstick amount of product. Nothing special about the balm anyway. Forget about bringing it with you either in your bag or pocket (unless you carry one of those mega-bags). IMO, the balm is just OK, with ZERO plumping, so I'm not sure why they're advertising any plumping result. Won't be buying again.
