Works Great Underneath
This primer has silicone in it. Me personally, I am not a fan of primers with silicone in them; in fact, I hate it. Therefore, this primer did not work out well for me. It's just okay
I have really large pores everywhere, especially my nose. Truly, I don't think this primer made a huge difference. No different than Porefessionals Primer. Will probably return because wasn't worth the money or the hype.
Perfect Primer
I've tried a lot of primers but this Dr. Brandt Pores No More is by far the best one I've used. Love how it goes on and looks with and without makeup. I took off a star because I think the cost is too high. Watch for it on sale at Ulta and use coupons and extra point bonuses to offset the cost.
Best Primer Ever!
I've purchased this primer about four times now. I've tried others in-between due to the price of this one, but nothing compares. I tried Mac, Stila, and Bare Minerals and this is by far still my favorite to use!
My #1 Makeup Must Have
Literally can not live without this product! Have tried so many in the past - nothing compares to Dr Brandt. My nose has serious enlarged pores and this product completely covers / blurs. Also a bit of tea tree for oily. Just a bit. Run, don't walk, to buy this product.
My favorite
I am finishing my second tube of this primer and here to order my 3rd! I have huge pores and acne holes from my teen years. I'm super self conscious of my face and have tried Benefit, Smashbox, Elemis, ELF Putty, DermaBlend, and DHC primers and this is still my fav (I did like the Elemis too just not as much as this one). I have learned with acne scars and large pores that I need cream not silicone primers, they just fall into the holes and don't blur. Just for reference, after my morning face routine I wait like 5 mins after sunscreen to apply my primer, then wait about 5 more minutes before applying my foundation (right now I'm mixing Clinque Superbalance and Lancome Idole foundations) then do my setting powder a couple mins after that. My pores are barely there and and my holes are a lot less noticeable, This primer also stays in place all day, I have oily T-zone.
