I have been using the rosemary & biotin combo for about a month now. My hair feels better and over the last week, I'm noticing that I don't lose as much when I wash as I used to. That is a very encouraging sign to me! The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because my shampoo bar is shrinking faster than I expected. The description says 100 washes but I don't think I'll make it there. I only wash a 2-3 times a week and I'm about 1/3 of the way through the bar. I realize it could be that I use more than average during my washes. All that said, I have been pleased with my results thus far.
