disclaimer: everybody's skin is different. This didn't work for me and my needs. Context: I don't really use this as makeup remover, except for mascara and brow gel. I use it on my combination skin to wash off oil at the end of the day. This cleanser took the oil off my skin, but I didn't feel like it did much beyond that. My ideal oil cleanser penetrates the subaceous filaments on my nose, and I didn't feel like I got that here, even after like ~2 minutes of massaging it in. My other qualm is that this formula is somehow super dry? It has very minimal slip so I need 2-3 pumps, and it somehow still feels almost gritty. It does wash off super well and doesn't seem to have fragrance, so if you're looking for a topical wash, this would be good for you.

Retuned it.

Formula is not smooth enough to use dry. Drags on the skin a lot more than other oil cleansers do. It emulsified fine and didn't smell strong. But as a standalone product, it was not very nice to use. You can find other cleansers with more product, and better quality at the same price.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

This slippery oil wont burn your eyes or cause any irritation. But it also isn't effective for oil cleansing. This did not feel like it removed my makeup. The consistency is too watery alone, but doesnt froth up when water is incorporated either. I wanted to love this but it really just didn't do anything for me.

Dupe for Tatcha Camellia Cleansing Oil!

I have been obsessed with the Camellia Cleansing Oil from Tatcha for years… but it is INSANELY expensive. I found this cleansing oil from Bubble after trying so many different oils and balms… I will never go back!! I love this stuff. It takes all of my makeup off, just as good as the Camellia cleansing oil does and rinses off perfectly with no residue. Love!

got my first bottle a while back and I loved it cause the consistency was thin so it was fast and easy to remove my makeup but I recently repurchased it and the consistency is much thicker now, I feel like I'm slathering used motor oil on my face :( I will still keep this bottle cause I need it and it gets the job done but would love to have the old formula
