Yes for curls, no for oily lids
For starters, I have hooded, very oily lids and straight, long lashes. Ive purchased this many times i love it. Can be a bit sloppy to apply to bottom lashes so i usually wipe some off. Works great and love the wand
It does the trick but can get clumpy and flaky

Goes on thick, sometimes clumpy, and dries fast. Pretty good for the first few hours but by the end of the day it will get flaky and start smearing. Hard to get fully off at the end of the day as well. Overall it's just okay but there are better mascaras with less clumps out there.

I had heard about this mascara and was pleasantly surprised when I bought it and used it. My lashes only need one coat when I use it rather than two. It doesn't flake or smear. It's an excellent product because I am very particular about all my makeup.

Better than L'Oreal
The only mascara that was actually better than tried true LOreal. Its the brush thats great. Not flimsy bendable plastic and the comb has teeth all round.
