This is my favorite makeup remover!I was worried for a little bit because not only was this not in store for a while, but it wasn't online either. Wasn't even listed. During that time, I used a different makeup remover and it caused such bad dry flakey skin on one of my eyelids, it was actually hurting like it was cut. I LOVE this one. Never run out again! I don't wear waterproof mascara so I don't know how it fairs with that BUT it takes off other nice stay all day type mascaras (personally Mary Kay and Better than Sex) like a charm! Will stock up on next BOGO sale in case that happens again!Definitely not what I thought.The picture online shows this product as being white in color. Had 2 sales people at Saginaw store looking for it. Come to find out, it is a clear liquid. I have to rub so hard to get my eye make-up off & it ends up leaving my eyes red & sore. Can't say I would recommend this product. Best one I ever used is by Avon & having a hard time finding it so I tried this instead. Probably will return it.

This remover is worse than just using water. This does not remove non-waterproof makeup, it just smears it around. Terrible. Threw it away.

Only Eye Makeup Remover I Can Use

I decided to try this out after having garnier micellular water burn my eyes, and Clean It Zero get stuck in my eyes, I had to flush my eyes! This stuff is AWESOME. Takes off all my mascara & eyeliner. I use it combined with a Halo makeup remover pad, and sometimes it takes a bit to remove eyeshadow, but it's much better than a product getting in my eye & hurting me.

This product was a waste to me. I wanted to try considering the other product I had was sold on out. It's so much like your regular micellar water. In fact - it's just like it but still works not even as good.

Waste of money...use plain water and it will work the same

The absolute worst make up remover I have ever used. I think it's just water. Not even trying to take off anything crazy. Just regular day wear. Literally buy anything else, it couldn't be less effective than this.
