Leaves a film and does not absorb into my hair
I have thick, long, and dry curly hair. I've been in the beauty industry for four years and I've tried a lot of hair oils. This one reminds me of the Olaplex oil, and how it sits on top of my hair and leaves a film rather then it being absorbed into my hair. Big no for me.
My beard LOVES this stuff
I purchased this oil over a year ago and it just sat on my counter collecting dust. I don't like oils because the ones I've used were heavy. I'm a Black man and my beard can get really dry. My barber is always trimming dead ends. I started using this oil, without telling him, and he didn't trim my beard. He even said he was going to let it grow out more. My beard is soft, moisturized and shiny. I usually hate oils, but this really absorbs well. It doesn't just sit on your hair. I use it on my head, too. Same results. I use it daily, now. Bey knocked it out of the park with this one.
