Love this palette! Been wanting to get it forever, finally did, and not disappointed. The shades are natural enough but also deep enough that you can play around with daytime looks AND evening snatches. Love it!
Butyloctyl salicylate ingredient - potential endocrine disru

To be clear, I really liked the eyeshadows. However I will stop using it, because Yuka app rates this product as POOR due to ingredient Butyloctyl salicylate, described in Yuka app as "synthetic UV filter" that is "suspected of disrupting the endocrine system as it can interact with female hormone receptors". In addition "from an environmental standpoint, butyloctyl salicylate can cause long-term toxicity to aquatic life and the marine environment." It is also used in the Super Serum Skin Tint SPF 40, another ILIA product I will have to stop using. For me any ingredients with "moderate risk", particularly possible endocrine disruptors, have no place in clean makeup. The fact that this type of ingredient is used in any of ILIA products is highly disconcerting and disappointing.

The makeup arrived dirty with makeup fingerprints all over it. The case was filthy, I honestly can't believe this was allowed to go out. The box looked ok so maybe someone returned the item and Ilia did not look at what was inside and shipped it out again, but it was so gross. Ilia needs some quality assurance inspecting their returns.
