Shake well before each use. For the fullest coverage: Apply 2-3 pumps of More Than A Pretty Face Foundation using a flat foundation brush, starting at the center of your face and blending outward. If desired, use a damp sponge to diffuse and blend the product.
For medium to full coverage: Apply 1-2 pumps of More Than A Pretty Face Foundation using a damp sponge and press foundation into the skin, start at the center of the face or wherever the majority of coverage is desired, and blend outward. For more coverage, apply another pump using the same technique.
For a skin-tint-like coverage: Apply ½-1 pump using your fingers, a damp sponge, or a fluffy foundation brush, concentrating the product on the areas where more coverage is desired.

I love this formula!
I am in my 50's and have combination skin. I also work LONG hours, and I need my make up to look good for hours and hours. This formula does not disappoint! It is light and it only takes a small amount for coverage-I put one put on the back of my hand and apply it with either my fingers or a brush. That amount will cover my entire face. I use a tiny bit of concealer to touch up my small areas of redness, and it looks good all day long. If you're looking for a light to buildable formula infused with skin care, I highly recommend this foundation.
My favorite
This is my favorite foundation to wear. I don't normally write Ulta reviews but I have spent so much money on different foundations and I've finally found one that works for me. I'm 41 so I have aging concerns and I have combination skin. This doesn't make me break out, it doesn't crumble or crack, or settle into face lines. I don't even have to wear primer with it. I bought it on a whim because it was on sale for cheap, just to give it a try and I can't believe that i got so lucky.

I hated this foundation
After seeing several people review this, I decided to buy it when it was on sale... thankfully. This foundation appears to blend, but any amount of moisture makes it bead up again. Attempting to use powder to set just made it worse. I will not repurchase.
Best Foundation
I am a 60 year old woman and have tried a lot of foundations, but this is hands down the best one. It doesn't settle in my lines and goes on my face smoothly. It has a very natural finish and it lasts all day with the setting powder by Polite society and a setting spray. I wont use anything else now. Perfection. I also love that the foundation for very fair skin has cool pink undertones. It is my perfect shade and so many foundations dont offer this. Thank you Polite Society! I sont ever want to be without this!
