I purchased the mini amber vanilla in my constant hunt for the perfect layering products that also support my aging dry skin. The intial scent leans very hard towards cocoa butter, but as it literally melts into my skin, the amber slowly shines with the warmest touch if vanilla. For all the gourmand girlies out this is a more mature option for moisturizing. Instantly hooked and buying full size!

I loved it when i finest opened it I wanted to eat it the way it smelled so good and was strong without clogging my nose and the fact that it soaks and really gets into your skin was perfect for me.

I got vanilla amber andni can say i smell no scent outside of the shea butter.

Let me start by saying this product works beautifully in keeping my dry skin in check. My skin is ashy prone and gets to the point that I look like I applied onion skin paper over top of it. Hanahana butters make an immediate difference in the appearance of my skin and keep the dryness away. My skin is like velvet with a light sheen. It also does not give me clogged pores, ingrown hairs, or skin infections as some products do. I can work into using this once a day rather than twice a day. With nearly all other butter creams and body lotions I use twice a day and am still left with dry or dehydrated skin. Hanahana is not really greasy. It is pretty thick and the lavender vanilla is harder than the unscented Hanahana butter. It does take the lavender vanilla a bit more to melt down in your hands. It is a tiny bit crumbly but is not real dry and crumbly it does melt fairly quickly for me. This is strongly scented. I love the smell of this but I do not use this by itself because it is so strongly scented. I use it on a portion of my body and unscented on the rest. A tip for this product is that it pairs excellently with YSL Libre Intense and I think together they smell divine. I am glad to have a product that I am not constantly slathering chemicals and man made laboratory derived products all over me.

I'm obsessed with the amber vanilla large size, so when I saw they had a mini version I had to get it! It's also perfect for travel, you can take it through TSA security!! It's the same formula as the large and just an overall great moisturizer.
