New favorite
This might be my favorite ph lippie from Essence so far. It has a more balmy texture (think burt's bees) rather than a slick oily texture so it seems to last a bit longer. It doesn't dry out my lips at all. It smells like strawberries and leaves a nice subtle pink flush.

Ugly Pink
This is not a pretty pink. I do not recommend. I wanted to post pic, but that's not an option.
Formulation made my lips chapped & peel!
Was looking to re-stock my favorite Essence Electric Glow lipstick (which apparently the company stopped making) and this was a huge dissapointment! The new formulation made my lips chapped and peeled the top layer of skin off (never had this experience with any other product in my life!), AND the ph color pay-off is barely noticeable on my lips, a sheer light pink if at all. If you're like me & want to give this lipstick a try, please be mindful if your lips become chapped (as if moderately sunburned) a day or two after applying because it took me several applications to put 2 & 2 together & realize my chapped, peeling lips were due to this new product. I would NOT recommend, the pain & peeling is not worth it.
More like lip balm. Doesn't Change color much
I really loved Essence's glimmer glow lipstick. That was also a color changing lipstick with a slight shimmer. It gave yoir lips a nice pink tint while being moisturizing. Last time I went, they didnt have that anymore and had this one called Meta glow. I got it to try and while it is moisturizing as well the tinit is barely there. It stays very close to my natural lip color.
The Taste is a Turnoff
This lipstick changes to a slight pink color which is nice. Its more like a lip balm. However, this is very bitter in taste. Regardless that the color does slightly change, I don't want to use this because it tastes so bad. Why would someone make something that goes on your lips taste so horrible?
Second time purchasing
I love how it gives your lips and natural tint, but also moisturizes and keeps them moisturized throughout the day. I don't find that I have to apply it over three times throughout the day if that.
