Does Not Work
I love Neutrogena and since high school have used a lot of their products but this does not "melt away" my makeup at all. And I dont use waterproof makeup. I'm glad this was given to me as a gift to try and did not spend my own money on it.
I would buy this product over again and again
It help remove any make-ups left on your face and feel good. I highly recommend this product.
buy another balm or stick to Neutrogena wipes
I wear a full face of makeup and do not wear waterproof eye makeup. This wasn't the best remover balm I've tried. I definitely needed to still double cleanse and sometimes use another remover to get the makeup from my under eyes.
Good for Oil Pulling
This is the only melting balm I've ever tried and I love it. I use this at night before bed WITHOUT water before applying. I apply it with my hand and rub it in for a few minutes to remove sunscreen/ makeup and oil pull. It's so satisfying feeling the little grains of gunk coming out of my pores. I then rinse it all off with water and double cleanse with a foaming cleanser. It also helps my acne and doesn't break me out more.

it does work fine, not amazingly well, but the deal breaker for me is that it leaves a greasy film. that is a no go for me.
